  • Yes - Swan Dive has an in-house engineer and an assistant.

    You are also welcome to bring your own engineer and staff will always be on-site to assist them.

  • We have an in-house video team that is happy to cater to your needs.

    You are also welcome to bring in your own video team - reach out to us and we are happy to accommodate.

  • We plan on it! But we currently are not offering this as an option.

  • Typical formats include (but not limited to):

    • Raw multitracks (.wav)

    • Frozen Pro Tools Session

    • Stems (.wav)

    • etc.

    We provide a dropbox link to your files or copy locally to an external hard drive that you provide.

  • We have three parking spots behind our building that provide easy access to the building. No steps or stairs or ramps.

    Our neighboring street has free, unmetered street parking with spots consistently available - most within a 2 minute walk. Coordinate with staff for larger sessions.

  • We welcome all tours - it’s important that you have a sense of the space before you decide to book.
