We have been hosting producers and artists since Feburary of 2025. We’re suited for bands, moderately sized string sections, choirs, solo artists, and large writing sessions.
Attached to our 440 sq-ft daylit live room is a separate control room and large isolation room, fit for grand piano, drums, vocalist, etc.

Our live room has tall ceiling and is bathed in natural light, with space for a band or string section.
Attached to the live room is our isolation hallway, perfect for isolating members of a band while providing sight-lines.
Our control room centers around a Neve BCM-10 mk2 console with Neumann KH420s and Prism Dream ADA-128 converters.
